2009 Open Auditions for "Rocky Horror Picture Show: A Tribute" at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights.

The "Rocky Horror Picture Show: A Tribute," bringing the mayhem of the classic horror spoof to life on-screen and on-stage with live performers singing and dancing in the celebrated, outrageous "Rocky Horror" costumes, will also be part of the "Halloween Horror Nights" event, per an agreement between the theme park and Twentieth Century Fox's Licensing & Merchandising Division.

"Halloween Horror Nights," Southern California's most terrifying Halloween event, begins a 16-night run on Friday, October 2nd at Universal Studios Hollywood. Tickets are on sale at www.HalloweenHorrorNights.com.

Auditions took place at Universal Studios Hollywood on August 24, 2009.

Updates on "Halloween Horror Nights" are available at www.HalloweenHorrorNights.com and also on Twitter and Facebook, as Creative Director John Murdy reveals a running chronicle of exclusive information. Fans are invited to follow John Murdy on Twitter at: Twitter.com/HorrorNights or via Facebook at: "Halloween Horror Nights - Hollywood (Official)."

  • they didn't mention columbia in the beginning *n*

  • actually, does somebody knows who made it for the show in 2009? id really like to know who played magenta, riff raff n rocky.

  • the hollowood one sucks, the one in orlando is way better. and the timewarp that they do in universal shows is NOT the timewarp in the movie or what the fans of rhps are going to want to see or dance along to. and they NEVER have good actors playing the roles, but in my opinion, the actors in orlando are better picked for the rolls.

  • Do they do this every year?? If so anyone no when?????

  • magenta, girl. you cant sss...... just no

  • how old do you have to be for this i really want to do this!!! :)

  • That show was soooooo boring, I sat there bored out of my mind. . I would have left but my feet were hurting and it was warm in there: -).

  • Rocky Horror (and its sequel, Shock Treatment) is still very much alive and well in Pittsburgh too!

  • What do you mean "was" and "used to be"? It still goes on.There's a cast in my area that does Rocky every few months, and I'm 16 (I'm joining the cast when I turn 18) and most of my friends love it! So, there are still those few young people that love and cherish Rocky... As it should be. =D
