  • Hi there OhioDreamer! Thanks a ton for your question. I have tried to write several responses to the question, but I quickly run out of space in this comments section. I will make a video on this subject and get it posted by tomorrow evening for you. Your question is perfect and very timely. After the video, if you have questions, please feel free to email me through my YouTube account - I would be more than happy to chat about all aspects of investment real estate. Thanks again!

  • Hey Steve. I love your channel, man. I've actually watched every single one of your videos(which is kind of weird and pathetic I guess). Anyway, I was wondering, when you make your offer on a property, do you deal directly with the bank? One would think, since the realtor/buyers agent gets a commission, that if you cut out that "middle man", you could get an even better price on a home from the bank? If you do this, how do you find out what bank owns the property?
