The westbound on-ramp to Interstate 80 from northbound Highway 218 in Johnson County, Iowa, was closed during the morning of Friday, August 22, 2008, after a large blade for a wind turbine fell off a truck and blocked the road. GazetteOnline video by Elizabeth Hladky.

With the government now requiring all motor carriers to switch to electronic logs it will be really hard for companies to cheat the system as it was before with the paper logs. From what i can see of this incident the rear trailer looks like possible steering failure. Yes on alot of these rigs the rear trailers have steering to make these tight turns .

he did not jackknife not trying to be a dick but Ive been drivin a truck for 21 years but that trucker just didnt pay enough attention or the on ramp/off ramp was to tight or last but not least it is just like wyoming the god tried to make that trucker fly lol but the trailer just ran off the road no jack knife

You stated two things. In your title you claim that the truck jack knifed, and in the video description you claim the load fell off the truck and blocked the road.
