In 2008 new catalytic converters have made Diesel cars legal in all 50 states.
Diesel Jetta is comprable to a Prius in mileage
However in the longer term, we should go Electric

Nice part is, even if we run our cars on Coal electricity, it's still greener than a Prius
(Coal is about 3x worse than Natural Gas)

Whats more, electricity for cars can be bought for as cheap as 1 cent per mile.

Redford an intelligent actor? Are you kidding. He just another guy using his star power to push his political viewpoint. I lost all respect for him when he supported clowns like Cynthia McKinney.

Nonsense, there are lots of intelligent actors--Jack Nicholson, Kenneth Brannaugh, Dustin Hoffman, Jack Black, Peter O'Toole, Richard Dreyfus--sure there are dummies out there as well, but please don't stereotype
