We played it during some kind of music festival in a sports hall. Just in the right moment, a little swallow entered the hall, began to sing and so made itself unforgettable. That was really funny and amazing.

Luigi Boccherini (1743 - 1805) was an italian composer and cellist.
He composed several quintets for guitar and stringquartet. The "No 4 in D" may be the best known of them. So obviously inspirated by popular spanish music, the arrangement for only guitar with its typical strumming patterns intensifies the spanish colorit of this music. That's why I always liked this arrangement more than the original version.
