@DanKanzas correct. If you listen carefully it is the album length version and before they decided to release the edit for radioplay. I, too, have the "The First Vision" on VHS and am in the U.S. I haven't seen it released otherwise.

@DanKanzas it also isnt rare in the U.S.. its on the american version of "the first vision" too.
people find stuff and think it rare because THEY havent seen it or dont have it lol... i watched this in 1990 before the song was ever a single.. widely released on her first video/dvd :)

This isn't "unreleased" it was on the UK edition of "The First Vision" which so far has only been released to VHS (and DVD in Japan). And I think it was more of a demo video because during the video's production they hadn't completed/not started shooting the music video yet.
