Very snowy day I decided to do a short test of the Vehicle Stability Control in my 2008 Prius. You'll see that no matter how hard I turn, the car won't oversteer and spin, instead the VSC applies brakes to wheels individually to maintain the car's course (one can actually hear this if in the car). Pretty cool stuff.
Yes it did spin at 0:49 - 0:51

How to temporarily shut off Prius stability + traction control:
Ign On... not Ready. press Gas 3x. Shift to N. Gas 3x. Park, Gas 3x.

Too bad you can't shut that off for specific circumstances! Seems to work good though.

LoL that beep reminds of me incoming X band radar for some reason.

Try pulling back hard on your parking brake, bet you'll spin around and hit a tree before you know it! "Yayyy!" LoL My Yaris has ABS and I don't know if it has VSC but it also is pretty hard to skid around and hit something in the snow, matter of fact I had 3 close calls over the span of 2 years so far with it and i'm sure had it been a different, older car I would've been creamed long ago, very hard to crash, unless you do what I suggested at the top... (boouah ha ha ha ha!)

doesn't matter. it still is a modern car with power steering. no car no matter the situation warrants the driver to GRUNT like he did. period.

@KuostA He was using only one hand, the other was used for handling the camera, and the car si quite "self preservits", and forces the driver not to make any stupid maneuvres.

wow...was it REALLY necessary to make all those grunts trying to turn? the car has power steering, it's not difficult to yank the wheel.
