Select Tournament mode and win a Singles match with a "C" or better rank. You will then get challenged by Duke. Defeat Duke to unlock him as a playable character. To easily play against him, set the options to 1 set and 1 game, and the difficulty to Easy. Play a Singles match and do very good by getting A's and B's to get a challenge from Duke.

The point that starts at around 3:23 just proves how annoying this game can be. King was way behind the baseline and still managed to get every ball back even while diving and was able to get back up and to the next ball.

yes its all about timing.

try to move to where you think the ball in gonna come early. if your late for a ball and you dive, you let your oponent have a free smash/hard forehand at you. so footwork is very important.

and when hitting a forehand, try to hit it as hard as your can. so if your doing baseline shots, stand behind the base line, press shot early and this will give you a powerful shot.
