2009 Coral Gables Wine and Food Festival

On Thursday, March 26th, 2009 the 6th Annual Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida Coral Gables Wine & Food Festival, presented by Republic National Distributing Company took place. Giralda Avenue became center stage for South Floridas most prestigious charity event. Patrons enjoyed world class cuisine, exquisite wines and live entertainment, all for a great cause!

Republic National Distributing, Co. will poured wines from around the world and provide premium brand bar service.

Over 30 of Coral Gables finest award winning restaurants showcased their signature chef favorites.

New to the festival was the after hours concert from 9:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. by People You Know.

Live entertainment performed by local artist "Live Bait", "Bergman Pazs" & Sonido Batido.

Superb hors d oeuvres provided by Miccosukee Resort & Gaming in the VIP Reception.

The 100 Block of Giralda Avenue, between Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Galiano Street was opened to foot traffic only for a special evening of philanthropy. Proceeds benefit The American Lung Association of Florida-South Areas lung research, education and patient assistance programs and The International Bronchitis Center at The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
