True Artistry! Who cares if it's not "by the book?!" Don't you think she is at the point in her career where she has gained enough prestige to do pretty much whatever she wants-because she will do it with heart and sould and feeling, she'll be true to the music! <3

Wow...this is probably the worst performance of this i've ever heard. Dreadful.
-
WOW!!! I was completely, extremely imoressed!! She was able to take dramatically expressive "risks" (as many naive critics would consider), and carve my heart into a juicy watermelon for breakfast. Much respect gained here.

she makes me cry!!

Now this is the type of music i wish most other interesting 14 year old listend to. Now these days are filled with people singing words that have no meaning behind it, this does and i willl "BRAVO".

Man. Her pianos are masterful.

yesblanche that's not a valid comment. anyone can have an opinion and express it. Isn't that what these comment boxes are here for? Also I've never sung a role but I can tell that Rene Fleming is more skillful and subtle in her general interpretation than Katherine Jenkins. Is that not a valid comment as I've never sung a role?

So many critics....I wonder how many of you have actually sung a role anywhere.

I think what I love about both Maria Callas and Renee Fleming are the sincerity of their performances. They work hard and there's little vanity to their interpretations.

@vocalvideos I agree, she really gets into the song....I like her interpretations...a very good singer indeed
What I love about Renee Fleming is that she makes everthing she sings her own. That is a sign of a true artist. No cookie cutter performance here. I espeically loved the ending. Thanks for sharing.
