Perfect!!!!

Nice. Though I found it odd that in two cases, after a pilot had bailed out, the attacker kept shooting at the now unpiloted plane. Maybe that's what combat tension does to you, like the guys in Vietnam who followed their own missiles into the ground.
When the guys bailed out, it made me think of that terse but gruesome after-battle report from the Battle of Britain: "enemy fighter exploded. pieces of pilot's body struck leading edge." Think about that for a sec!

it does run on vista, but you need to install by clicking on a.exe, not on setup or something.

@kedrednael how good a vista do you need to run it?

I think it is almost the same as windows. And I think almost every computer from the last 3 years can handle il2, you only need a good computer for il2 when you have large bomber formations (50+) or large bombings on city's or a burning city.
