I've recently spoke to Master Kancho Liven, and asked him about it. He told me that

at the past years there was some problems with the early Guinness Records, because there was some team That broke a House in two hours, but after they made they Record, someone has appeal, and the Guinnes Erased all the previous Karate records of Breaking...

And since this Record is from 1988, perhaps this Record as many others been Deleted

  • @tamashiwari If your sensei has 14 records He must to be awesome, however this has nothing to do with the abilities of other Masters This Master - Kancho Liven 62 years old, has a multiple records as well (the last one made in november 2010, in the BudoShow, (perhaps you heard of this event His last record was breaking 10 wide wooden stake Sticks at 8 seconds You are welcome to check this website shoshindo.dk and see all that for your self. The Martial arts world, is a lot bigger then it seem

Consider that with every one of that 74 blows-he crashed like 3 bricks (average) so the amount of the broken bricks is like...... a lot ha ha
