@gamefreak1000000 It is true writers sometimes take liberties with what they think a normal human can accomplish but that's just NOT canon. So no, he still doesn't have any superpowers, and he doesn't enhance himself with a serum if he does.

@ItsJustMarty I do know a little and all the fans are saying that he is just "some guy trained in martial arts." However, that is impossible because the way he fights makes Chuck Norris look like a pussy. So you know that there has to be some enhancer that he probably added to let his body go above normal human. I know this isn't confirmed by DC, but just think. There is no way a human can fight like him AND not be super. So I think the claim that he didn't take any serum is BS in my opinion.

@gamefreak1000000 It would be impressive if it were based on something other than "I think". Again no offense. And which Batman are you talking about? He doesn't use a strength enhancer, he doesn't have powers either. But he doesn't need any, Batman can take down opponents with super strength based on skill alone.

For the third time no offense but your knowledge on Batman seems a little lacking. Batman trained himself from the ground up, no powers, I think you're thinking of Captain America.

@ItsJustMarty Well I agree that he is better, but ONLY because of that strength enhancer that gave Batman his abilities. Punisher is a man without super powers. He also doesn't have all the money in the world for fancy martial arts as well. I think however, that Punisher has enough strength and skills to take down Catwoman in CQB, which is pretty impressive because she does have some fighting skills of her own. Batman though, he simply gets out classed due to lack of special training.

@gamefreak1000000 That's the divergence. For some versions of Batman, guns require planning to get around. For others they're as useless against him as they are against Superman. In any case, Batman is still a better fighter, which is the only point I tried to prove. Batman can sneak past telepaths and Kryptonians with super-hearing. Why couldn't he do the same to Punisher? And for future reference Batman is a gun expert too, he just uses other, arguably more effective weapons.

@ItsJustMarty Yeah, but he has something that would screw Batman over; guns. He masters guns as well as Batman masters fighting. He can't disarm him as easily as all the other thugs because he is better equipped. In Batman Arkham City, guys with guns are Batman's weakness since they can kill him easily. I think that the fight would be fair if Batman didn't inject himself with that strength enhancing serum, because that is where he got his powers from pretty much.

@gamefreak1000000 No offense but I wouldn't say they're the same. Batman is one of THE best fighters in the DC Universe. Kyle Rayner was trained by Batman, and in a fight without their power rings beat Sinestro, who had just claimed to have been trained by the best fighters in the universe.

The Punisher is no where near that good. Batman also knows every earthly martial art and several alien and mythic ones too. i.e Kryptonian and Amazonian. I'm sorry but I found the fight perfectly accurate.

@redskull256 Punisher has the same hand-to-hand combat skills as Batman does. They are both expertly trained in Martial Arts. That is hwy I hated the comic book where Batman just beat the crap out of Punisher without it even being a fight because it is totally inaccurate.
