@artixX9 Thanks for your kind words and support, I appreciate your message. Although there is no "right" answer... it is totally your preference... I would recommend shooting first and lifting afterwards.

After reading these comments, I notice you said you rarely have your players do bench press. Why shouldn't basketball players do bench press?

@raptorsfan923 There is nothing wrong with doing a bench press... but there are plenty of alternative exercises to strengthen the same muscle groups. You can use DBs, tubing/bands, bodyweigth, machines, etc. We try to incorporate as much variety as possible... hence the reason we don't bench every workout or every week. Make sense?
