  • @CrazyItalianTC He's a little unsure because the two spots on the olympic team in his best event (200IM) happen to be filled by the number one and number two swimmers in the world. (Both of them are 1:54.1-third fastest time ever, and 1:54.0-world record, in that event) It sucks to be him

  • @CrazyItalianTC Making the olympic team is incredibly difficult as we all know. it's difficult mostly because of the pressure. top 2 is all you get. As a backstroker, which he primarily is for LC, there are SO many talented guys for 2012 and beyond. Lochte, grevers, plummer, phelps, and thoman could all make it at the 100 back spot any given day. If you repeated that race 10 times, I guarantee you would get different results of top 2. For the 200 back i'm not as sure. he swims IM too though.

  • does anyone else wonder if this david bush guy had some tragic accident or huge relay loss due to the fact that he DIDNT keep his head down at the finish, which encouraged him to become a public speaker of sorts to remind all swimmers around the world to duck their heads in case of some horrible accident waiting to happen? because that's the first thing i thought of when he reminded me to keep my head down at the finish.

  • He is way too humble..he nearly beat NCAA records and he isn't sure about being able to make the olympics..please

  • @TheSmfo ummmmmmmm. you are wrong.

  • not as good as shane ryan tho
