Westboro Baptist Church Speaks About Protesting Funerals of the Arizona Shooting Victims

This is an interview with Shirley Phelps-Roper, she is the daughter of Fred Phelps who is the "Pastor" of the Westboro Baptist Church. The Westboro Baptist Church is going to protest the funerals of the victims of the Arizona shooting which took place last Saturday in Tucson, Arizona. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is still in critical condition and the shooter, Jared Loughner is being held without bail. I in no way agree with this woman, it was simply an interview.

People need to see and hear how batshit crazy you can get when you put faith into the bible. Its one thing to put faith in God when you see all the believers around you acting like nice people. Its another thing to take that faith seriously and straight from the bible; and not just the parts you like. The bible is so utterly useless and evil. Im 3rd generation U.S.Navy and all the protests on military funerals and then hiding behind the law and rights that people fight and die to protect is an insult to my entire family...im embarrassed to serve people like this...i love my country and im proud to wear its colors...id gladly go to war to protect it...but i wouldnt piss on wbc if it was on fire

Continuing on : Over time fred phelps held onto this huge anger,to the point it ate him away in side, and he slowly started losing his mind. To the point of viewing everyone as the enemy but his family. Like the entire world was out to get his family. And so eventually you end up at completely insane stuff about picketing funerals or children, dead soldiers etc...

I have read, dunno if its true or not, that one of fred phelps grand children who was younger than 10, was attacked at by a molester at the local park whom got away. Phelps felt the man was a homosexual and this is what started the hatred toward homosexuals, he wanted a law to ban gays from the park, the city officials refused. So phelps now not only developed a hatred for gays he now had a hatred for America for allowing gays at the park in his city.
