Orion 07.501 Low Floor Hybrid #3652 was at the 2007 MTA Bus Roadeo in Belmont Park, NY.

The driver was very nice for letting us photographed the bus. Also, keep focusing on the Long Island Bus pulling up along Hempstead Tpke. LISTEN at the 00:52 mark and you will hear that bus take off. TRUST ME! You can't notice that engine!

We did back in the late 1970s but they hit our traffic lights and were knocked down. So the TA decided that would not be a great idea.

If I was in NY, I'll stick with RTSs, but I like Orion Vs also. I wish or hoping that MTA would order RTS Mellinium if it goes back in track otherwise Nova LF would fit for MTA.

personaly i perfer the orion because its more easier for my mom to get on, and also the other buses are older and when im standin i tend to almost fall if i dont hold on wit both hands

NORTA (New Orleans Regional Transit Authority) purchased some Orion Low Floor Hybrids just this summer. They're a little shorter, though. ;-)
