It's funny, I was able to do handsprings in high school (*cough*cheerleading), but that's been 10 years ago now. Even then, though, I wasn't able to do consecutive ones. I think that, not only am I stronger now, but my body awareness has increased tremendously thru yoga and hooping.I have had to miss several classes,so really have only been working at it again for 4 classes. There is hope for you, of course!I'd been wanting to tumble again for so long,it feels good to have it return so quickly!
