This short film showcases a typical day of bobber fishing for Winter Steelhead on the Oregon Coast. This piece was shot in a single day, during low water conditions in early February, 2009. Join Oregon River Guides staff and custom rod builder Sean Tate for this fun, fast moving film that illustrates just how effective bobber fishing in low clear water can be. • You were having a blast there, guys. Wonderful!

  • Sick bastards releasing fish... lolololol My smoker is crying...

  • Nehalem? wilson? trask? how about the Necanicum?

  • @VooDooAssassin2 - want to get an oregon fishing license? well first you need to prove residency in oregon . first thing you do is get your drivers license and oregon requires the proof of a social security card to purchase fishing licenses so deadbeats cant fish or hunt if they dont pay child support. also you should remember oregon is very tough on fishing and unting poaching. our state police enforces not the fish/wildlife .

  • Good work

  • @VooDooAssassin2 just go to the store, i usally go to bimart, and tell the license guy that you need a fishing license and a salmon steelhead tag if you plan on keeping salmon, steelhead, halibut or sturgen, you need to be a resident for 6 months to get a resident license.

  • what bait or rig were u using

  • Hey man, great video! I am new to steelhead fishing however I have been fishing for a while. What were you using underneath the bobber?

    Thanks.

  • what pound test u use

  • I'm thinking of moving to Oregon but was wondering how hard is it to get a fishing license?
