@weedfeen First of all I must say that I love Stockton. Gritty, great competitor, a real PG. But no way in hell was he better than Magic. Numbers in assists, yes. But that is mostly due to Magic's career being almost half of what John's was, due to his illness. Magic could dominate a game with nothing but passes, no other pg in my lifetime has been even close to that. And again, I love Stockton and he's right there at the top when discussing all time PG's, behind Oscar and Magic, maybe Zeke.

@GarchompNation Well, he had nearly 6000 more assists and over 1500 more steals than Magic. He had 1000+ assists in a season 7 times (Only two other guys have ever done it once). He had 20 assists in a game 38 times (next closest are 32 and 17). He missed 22 games in his career over 2 seasons. That makes 17 seasons where he didn't miss a game. He had two careers worth of HOF stats. He's not just better than every other point guard, he's possibly better than any two point guards.
