Colin farrell was born in Dublin, his Da' was raised in Dublin 4, a working class neighborhood. The family moved to Castleknock when Colin was 10. I'm sure growing up he heard Eamon speak in that way at home. In fact Colin and his brother Eamon Jr. both own houses in Sandymount still which is also in Dubin 4. Perhaps you should have seen Ballykissangel or Falling For A Dancer or any of his Irish movies made as a youngster to see how he spoke then.

he is the best actor for me I love him....

He grew up in a posh area of Dublin, and apparently never had such a broad Dublin accent before. I dunno, could be bullshit though. Some places make this stuff up. But he wouldn't be the first actor to do such a thing.
