You must watch closer and pay attention. Those are called options. There are advanced options and basic options. It is up to the participant to choose which one they are comfortable with. What kind of class would it be if I only offered one version of the routine? Pay attention and you will see that everyone lands back at the same spot, after they have finished their options for each of the advanced moves.

Hi Shaorobics!!! ahah i found you! Or somehow your page came on my home page as i went on Youtube. Nice class! Looks fun! I would like to try it but i will be lost . I remember you told me back in Uni that you teach aerobics eheh. coool! i see you teaching it now! keep it up! no wonder you have no fat ; ). Good job!

Like your style, hopefully going to be moving to Burlington Ont. in a few months and I wll definately try your class, currently teaching in the states 5 days a week, this is so something I would try! Thx for posting.

Hi :) Thanks for the comment. Burlington is quite far from where I'm teaching (at least a 45 minute drive on the highway - Yorkdale Shopping Center)...But of course, you're more than welcome to pop in at anytime :)
I'm only teaching 2 days a week...wish I had time to teach more, like you :)
