Jeremy loved Meditation (having practised the art since the mid 1960's I understand) and was very good at it. I thought I'd do a relaxing video with Jeremy just because... ^_-

Worthy enough for the Dali Lama to watch. He probably does so on his lap top whilst his monks turn the prayer wheels :) I imagine he is a subscriber. Very relaxing, makes ones eyelids heavy. Very good.
