The Future is Wild is a 2003 documentary about the future of life on Earth 5, 100, and 200 million years into the future. It was made by a team of scientists from around the world.

The animals I have made Spore versions of:
Gannetwhale: A dolphin-like gannet, it goes on land to lay its eggs. It fills the niches of dolphins 5 million years in the future, during the Ice Age.

Cryptile: Bipedal lizards who are bipedal to keep off the hot salt of the Mediterranean 5 million years into the future, they have a huge crest which they use to trap brine flies.

Toraton: A giant turtle that lives in the Bengal Swamp of 100 million years future, they are the biggest animals to ever walk the Earth.

Swampus: An amphibious octopus of the Bengal Swamps, 4 of their tentacles have been reduced to flipper-like legs.

Great Blue Windrunner: A "4-winged bird", its back legs have been are wing-like to be able to fly in the thin atmosphere in the Great Plateau of 100 million years future, made when Australia collided with Asia. It is bigger than the Himalayas. They have the ability to fly when asleep and eat Silver Spiders.

Afterwards I show most of the animals to appear in "The Future is Wild", with no chronological order.

  • This is only a simulation, based on the current time frame & changes in the earth expected leads to new possibilities in animal species' ability to adapt/ readapt to the world around them. We can't be sure, but the future of our planet earth isn't hopeless but boundless & humans learned not to destroy the world after all. Scientifically, we're unsure about humans will be around then, or evolved to a whole new species of hominids, unless we're about to survive into a new eon of planet earth. +
