This video, while it is attempting to inform, deletes much of its own purpose by having background music that is FAR too loud - so much so that it drowns out the useful dialogue of the participants and of the narrator.

I would have loved to have been able to listen to the message this video is trying to put across, but could not understand everything... SO..
