  • that is in no way currect.

  • @mrb00sted it sure is man test your amp yourself even thou IMO this doesn't prove anything

  • @BIGGIEDEVIL but ur not really proving anything other then ur amp is outputing voltage. in order to find watts, you have to have volts x amps

  • @mrb00sted this was a test for some guy who did the same test and got a lot lower number on a amp rated the same. check out my newest vids

  • great man

  • i'm sure if everyone did this test they would be surprised by the out come too , but thanks

  • He is correct, AC voltage times AC voltage divided by the speaker ohm load= Power output of the amp!

I understand Ohm's Law but this IS the correct way to figure audio amp power

  • 1590watts peak 795 watts rms

  • i think so too cuz they seem to think i'm pulling a 4ohm load when i'm not i have my sub crossed and the sub and am pulling an 2 ohm load @ 500rms from what the box says, i'm not going by this volts shit one bit i'm just doing what this guy said to do and i crushed his amp that was rated the same output
