The fact that When the Greeks occupated Smyrna they killed everyone in sight doesnt matter, but historians and nationalists cry about how turks killed and kicked Greeks out?

I love Greece and Greeks, I am Turk but you nationalists are assholes.
My best friend is a Greek called Giorgos,
Our parents are natives of Smyrna,
The only difference is mine are turk and his are Greek.
We all get on as if we were family,
Its just nationalist assholes who ruin this.

Our Army hadn't even arrived, we after your retreat and we knew you were fleeing why would we burn the beautiful city in such time of despair?
It's far more likely that the Greeks continued their scorched earth tactics and burned the city (Greek corners) just because they did not want the Turks to have to. Just like you destroyed every village you retreaded trough and chopped all olive trees etc.
