I'm trying to put a mxf file into vegas 8 pro without using (paying for) raylight. The Sony/xdcam page seems to have a lot of down load options. Can you suggest the one which will work. Thanks.
Good to see u upz n running Spot! I like to know if there is a free windows CODEC that can read the .mov files that are converted from clipbrowser (mp4>mov instead of mxf). So far I am only aware of Calibrated{Q} XD Decode but its choppy on my Q6600

There is only one package for windows, IIRC. That's what you need to install. You DON'T need the driver pack.
