Don Drumm Orig. "Raggedy Ann" (Cloth, stuffings, buttons & Love)

The inspiration for this song came about when Kristin was a little girl. Her favorite doll was Raggedy Ann, always cuddled beside her when I tucked her in bed at night. That vision of her pretending to be asleep after I would tell her a goodnight story remained in my memory, and in 1972 the song was born, the words and music flowing out of me just as you hear it as you listen to it now. Before uploading it to Facebook today, I previewed it to many Mums & and many children, some who teared up from joy and asked for a DVD of it so they could play it for their other children at home. Some wanted to send it to friends in other countries.

So... here it is for the children of the world and especially for my Daughter, Kristin. Love you kid.... Dad
