@vidsaremything neither are really metal. One is pop/hip hop with guitars, and the other are bands that have forgotten about the musicality and just try to sound evil. Metallica made it's name on great songwriting not just sounding a certain way.

I haven't heard any GOOD metal for fucking ages, not since everyone started dressing like a fucking spider and started praising shit like slipknot and bullet. But then again Rap has just turned into a load black shaven guys in skinny jeans singing about a one night stand.

I'll stick with electronic music...except that has just turned into boring and old stolen samples with some terrible auto-tuned singer over the top.
