Great workout, I did this with 55lbs kettlebells. It really helped with my strength and conditioning for MMA

Jvdude0, That is not cool, there are many men in the big house that do this all day and they are more muscular and seriously fit with 1st rate hand to hand combat education so show respect for people who are working hard in a gym or you might just find yourself in the big house and wish you had never said those negative things towards smaller guys because these smaller guys become bigger, lethally fast and stronger.
Do the box step ups with a jump followed by super legs for a great vertical jump improvement workout

Glad it worked out for you! You can always start increasing weight as your conditioning impoves. Challnege yourself for time. Try to beat your previous time each time. Good luck!
