Actually, if you take a look at the official footage from the Memphis show you'll see that this is a different show altogether. Halford is doing different things, there are no lasers (which I read on a now defunct fan site that they hired especially for the filming). Also, Halford does the devil forks a bit here and that's absent in the footage. Take a look at the vocal parts after the solo from both videos and you'll see what I mean :)
Having said all that, this is great footage

dude this is not unreleased footage, this is just footage from a different camera angle shot in December of 1982 in Memphis, Tennessee
