  • Is this an emulation server, or an SOE server? Listening to all the oldschool tracks you uploaded hit me in the face with nostalgia something fierce, and watching this vid made me miss my old Wood Elf Warrior even more!

  • This was an emu we played on for a week or so.

  • When I was younger, (by like, 6 years.) I used to get scared of Crushbone because of the music, and the darkness, and unexpected corners. Lol.

  • i used to play EQ from when i was 5 right till 16 (thats how old i am) :*) but i remember playing with my bro who was a 45 barbarian beastlord we used to come to crushbone and just grind and lvl :*), i will forever miss EQ 1+2 and all i will have left are the fantastic memories i have obtained from the parallel world :))

  • I used to sneak into my kitchen at night when I was in middle school to get the internet cable and stretch it into my room to play all night long. Than i'd get an hour of sleep before school everyday.

  • omfg i miss this everquest so damn much, why can't this one be free instead of EQ2?

  • So many people fondly remember this game. I have to admit, it is saddening. Like losing a member of the family. Not quite like losing a parent, but like losing a cousin or uncle. You can get by, but there will always be those nagging memories of times past that choke you up a bit.

  • Oh my god... This is some serious nostalgia. This music reminds me of the crazy train days. It's crazy how long ago I played this game.. Feels almost like yesterday.

  • gwahhh remember hiding up in the orc tower in cb after pking some1 in gfay lol. pvp was so shot but it ended up being amazing on sullon zek,, pvp lvl range was 6-65 (65 was max at the time lol) and it was actually playable. hidingfrom high lvls at all times jus gave it an edge. now all u do is grind quests. itsj us time dedication now, not so much skill..

remember how long it took to kill mobs when u wer 58?

  • Oh wow... TRAIN TO ZONE Hitting lvl 20 to get my last name only to die and go back to 19 and lose it :( Actually finding adventuring and exploring fun because of the danger Hell Levels Not talking to a buddy in game for a day or two while he cleared "hell levels" Easily it taking a couple of hours to get from one end of the world to the other "SHIP IS COMING" Watching Greater Faydark guards get killed by a bat <--always a good one. Finding $ or gear on the ground $ having weight Priceless!
  • O the nostalgia

  • @0Petercool0 dude the exact same shit, beast lord and everything. and My other bro had a shaman. such great times.

  • @civicguy2k Back in 1999, it was f*cking creepy in a 3d way. The only game that scared me more was Half-Life. My fondest memories of MMORPG's were from this game and this emulator server featured on this video helped bring back some of that nostalgia while SHOE and I played.
