That's why the EU helps people caught up in natural disasters and wars. It does this through its humanitarian aid department, ECHO, whose speedy and effective response saves lives.

    I would lend a hand anyday :)

  • its not propaganda when it is actually true

go do some research ur self instead of watching fox news all the day k

  • o rly? what do you mean by that military ofcours where the last to respond with that we only respond deplomatic unlike you just start war for any reason possible

and about natural disasters ur wrong india europe was biggest donator and support/food sender

  • Spain? To only talk about one!!!!

Want more? What about Ireland...ok, maybe not yet a great economy but going well on the way, I think!!

    ...India??

    ...China??

  • the EU might have the most money to spent on these stuff but they are the last to response to natural disasters and wars

  • It's widely agreed that impoverised nations would be able to help themselves if they got a fair deal in world food trade. They wouldn't be 'rich' and yes, there are other causes of poverty there, but maybe then these patronising little 'funds' wouldn't be needed

  • Germany.

  • Why? I don't get this argument.

  • Sorry, how does the CAP "condemn tens of millions in Africans (sic)" to poverty and death? Would they get rich by selling food to the EU countries? Seems highly unlikely. EU farmers would go out of business. That would be the consequence. I agree food dumping, such as the grain dumping the US does, is bad as it discourages local production. But do you really think it's the sole cause of hunger there?

  • VIVA EUROPEAN UNION!
