Guild Wars - God Of Fissures - Vabbi Tour - The Sulfurous Wastes - 2:27

The Sulfurous Wastes is the second leg of the Vabbi Tour. It is a large area with shallow basins of toxic sulfurous haze. The main concerns to runners in this area are surviving the sulfur, knockdown, snares, and enchant removal. Mastering the sulfur is necessary to get a time of 2:30 and below. A player can only be on the sulfur for a maximum of about 4.15 seconds...which this video shows. The large gap that is traversed at 1:10 shows the longest stretch a runner can go on the sulfur without dying...and is easily the hardest practical gap to successfully complete in the entire Desolation.

This run could have only been improved in a few very minor ways. These time subtractions would not have yielded more than 2/3 of a second.

The next section of the Vabbi Tour is Joko's Domain. While not being particularly long, Joko's Domain has one area which requires perfect timing and precise shadow stepping to survive unscathed.
