@Mastermind8908 The type X/XI blades were made for cutting rather than stabbing.
-
@thejues It does is fully sharpened.
-
nice pun XD
-
it is a strait blade it sticks to the target and doesent slice through cleanly.....
-
so it does cut and is very attractive.
all in all a very good sword for the price, but hey haters gonna hate and say it is not good enough because they forget there is no real wars with swords alone anymore.
-
sharpened or windlass factory edge?
-
European (England, Norway, France, etc) swords were more so used for thrust stabbing, as oppose to Japanese or Chinese blades were for slicing. They still made good swinging weapons for deadly blunt trama and broken bones though. These results were expected. The swords fine and doesn't direly, necessarily need to be sharpened.

well actually it is not like a baseball bat because some swords have its point of balance near the hilt, that, plus the fact that most of them are thin at the point and wide near the handle and not viceversa (like a baseball bat) makes those blades better at near-handle-cuts.
The problem here must be: A) sharpening B) This guy swings like a little boy

defenently neds to be sharpened mate, almost ANY sword has the ability to cut through these things effortlessly if properly sharpened with proper technique

Stop posting the same lame comment on each video. At least try to come up with some original insult if you are going to try and express the bitterness that is the totality of your pathetic being.
