No kidding ! ! She is obviously BRAND NEW to the broadcast industry and has not learned yet to TELL/SAY the script as opposed to READING it(which is exactly what she is doing.) If it's not CONVERSATIONAL (allowing personality to come through), then the delivery is boring and static...turning the listener/viewer off.
