  • jeg elsker mozzarella, smager godt ! mange, mange tak foer det

  • everything from 0:50 - 1:03 looks like a hell of a fun! :D

  • Just tried the real deal, cost a small fortune ($13.50/1 ball). It just reinforces the fact that american mozzerella, the kind in utility pizza tastes like shit.

  • There are several very successful water buffalo dairies in North America, which produce mainly cheese or yogurt. The popularity of these animals and their products is growing at remarkable speeds. And water buffalo, which this video is about, and bison, the wild animal, are totally unrelated, and there is no connection of any kind between the two.

  • ho voglia di mozzarella

  • It's 'per se."

  • if you concentrate real intensely you could make a well done mozzarella with your ass and, more important, without buffalo milk!

worth the pain! and in the usa you can only do this way cause you exterminated almost all the buffalos in your country.

in fact native americans were famous for their mozzarellas before some cowboy...you know the story, don't ya?

  • you'd better buy it assembled, 'cause it's pretty hard to have a good mozzarella without an exact method

  • i think in upstate new york, where there are bison herds
