All drugs should be legalized, taxed, regulated and controlled by the U.S. to rid the planet of it's bloody billion dollar drug wars. Whatever; if drugs were legalized, how would they be sold? Who would sell the hard drugs to the public-to the neighbor hood drug addicts? Where would they buy them, at the 7-Eleven?

@BroMichaelGomez STFU we dont wanna hear your bible excerpt we just wanna know if drugs will end up being legal.

Why do people want people to go to jail or prison over plant extracts I don't get it. What is wrong with American people..

Yeah, back to the real origins of the Creator-God religions. : dope heads.
Stop the war on substance users/abusers. Jesus addiction or Sharia Muslimism is legalized so why the fuck not substances like XTC or hashish. They bring love into the world and you have to be more or less a grownup. Religions children get shoved down the throat almost from day one and leave many scared for life..

the thing is.... the US government wants the drugs to illegal. They need them to fill their prisons. They need all these prisoners to fuel the largest growing industry in North America. Private Prison companies. Its sick and twisted, but that the US government for ya. They want to have control over the people. They know that marijuana is harmless, the pharmaceutical companies just cannot patten it. If they could, then of course it would be legal, because the companies could make a profit.

@duhneeceofnm here here!! well said.
If crack and heroin were legal today, I wouldn't touch them. I don't think a lot of people would. I think people who smoke pot are smart, as it's less damaging to your mind and body than alcohol It also doesn't cause you to get violent or aggressive, and no hangover. People who do coke all the time are losers. It's really stupid to prohibit something pleasurable from the people, because if it isn't hurting anyone else, the people are gonna do it regardless.

Prohibition on alcohol created a huge criminal element, as the prohibition on drugs has.
Let's treat addicts and use our law enforcement for violent crimes and crimes against property.
