Paul Sabu (born January 2, 1960), has been credited with production/mixing on fourteen platinum and eleven gold records. He also produced Shania Twain's first CD.

Paul Sabu is best known for his work with his band Only Child plus an arsenal of artists such as David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Little Caesar, Lee Aaron, Madonna, Malice, Robbie Neville, Motels, The Nelsons, Prince, John Waite and more. Most recently, the fans of Kerrang! magazine have voted Paul Sabu as their second favorite AOR vocalist of all time.

  • In 1975 I saw Paul at the Record Plant in Hollywood while visiting some friends who were recording there. Paul had us come out to his car to listen to a tape of something he was working on, possibly named 'Necromantic Love'. At that time he had to be at least 22, so his correct birthdate would be sometime prior to 1955. He was driving a red sportscar at the time---something like a Lamborghini.

  • @681Poussin salut! je cherche la version longue de R.R.disco king. je l'ai vu un certain temps sur You Tube puis ensuite elle a disparue. Je l'ai cherché sur I Tunes, rien non plus....Si quelqu'un a a version LP qu'il me contacte, ce sera pour moi un pure bonheur....

  • Ouais me rappelle aussi...à cette époque le disco c'etait Boney M, bee Gees, travolta...bref le disco "rose". Est arrivé Sabu avec son diso-hard-rock, c'etait comme une bombe ardente dans le rose ambient !

    Après il y a eu le disco rock : hernandez, Satus Quo et meme les rolling Stones qui on suivi.... Ah que de souvenirs et d'heures à s'eclater sur ce tube de Sabu tellement innovant à l'époque ! Aujourd'hui, 32 ans après, le single reste parfaitement d'actualité : intemporel !

  • @DJTADEO toute ma jeunesse...on écoutait ce titre dans une discothèque sur des enceintes à pavillons en platre fabriquées par un taré de musique le tout avec des caissons de basses adaptés au lieu- la salle était minuscule- on nous passait la version longue...le son était dingue
