I had the awesome fortune of seeing her last night in OK. She was phenomenal and after the show I got too shake her hand and get a photo with her and an autograph..shes such a sweet lady too..and so tiny... lol Loved the show!

Close, doesn't always mean a 'great captured moment'? A lot of stages don't offer "Front-firing" speakers and thus your cam gets over-whelmed by the huge battery of bass-bins! A lot of cam's also get over-whelmed by the lighting and can't focus on the subject or get 'bleeding' because the cam can't really make out what the image really is? That's mostly a CCD problem. Not the person filming, as they won't know until much later.

I was in the "birds nest" as we call it, right on top of the sound and lighting guys and got fantastic video and sound, but even as good as my video turned out. I'd like to get some more B-roll footage from people at the front.
My vid is excellent but, it could use a bit of "jaz" with some other footage? I'm hoping others will help with the project, as it could be unbelievable, when finished!

Yes it did suck but I was closer then anyone in that whole park before and after her show so it was worth it.

@GayInsite LOL, yes I remember you. I was in the front against the barricade right at the corner where the media were going in and out. I wondered whether you were a fan and how much of a drag it must have been if you were, to not be able to watch. I would make a lousy security guard for that reason. LOL I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. I have one more to upload and I would have recorded a lot more if my batteries didn't run out of juice. :(
