I think you have good ideas and your intentions are good, my only critisism might be that your videos are a bit strange. My suggestion would be to keep them simple without too much far out stuff. I mean if you want people to take you seriously concentrate on better videos. Leaving out pictures of yourself is a start. I mean how egotistical is that.
