The R/V Sea Fighter (FSF-1), an advanced technology demonstrator operated by the Office of Naval Research, performs a high-speed run off the coast of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Oct. 4, 2010. Since its christening in 2005, the high-speed catamaran has been used to demonstrate hydrodynamic performance, structural behavior and propulsion system efficiency of high-speed vessels as well as numerous other technologies.

    The lower you go, the less you can see. Height is a double edged sword

  • lose the tower on the bridge and give is a lower profile.  Its like a sore thumb sticking up saying "some one shoot me please"
