  • Was that a cold tortilla? :)

I have got to say, skirt steak fajitas are the best!

Nice ez recipe; I would add pico de gallo and a squeeze of lemon in that burrito, but still, nice one!

  • @utfsa! Its been awhile so I don't remember but usually I throw them in the microwave for a few seconds. Home made pico is great! A squeeze of lime (limon) would have been the perfect ending touch.

  • i actually i think it looks so yummy...seems like you know more than me of mexican recipes..lol..nice tho...

  • Dyna, Thank you. I love Mexican food. Every where I go I look for a shack serving it. I am learning how to cook the real thing but I always come back to Tex-Mex and the blend you find in SoCal.

  • Wow man looks good, do u think a flat iron steak would also work well?

  • A flat iron steak should work, besure to cut across the grain.

  • It came out great thanks to you! but u didnt tell us how long u cooked the meat 4

  • That looks good! I would have added lemon though.

  • good videos....congrats good stuff

  • The hispanic section? LMAO

  • Enjoyed the video, refreshed my memory on the technique of cooking veggies first and pulling them out. Thanks!

  • Cook the meat first and THEN cut it. It needs to be cooked medium rare originally. I LOVE your WOK pan. Down here in Dallas, TX, it's hard to often find a store-bought alvocado that's good-n-ready. "Good job 'brother'". Love from Dallas, TX.
