there are people who actually tried the diet without the drops and with the drops and they lost more with it and it was easier for them to complete it. they couldn't even make it 7days without it

btwww, what people think the FDA are doing, & what they are doing are as different as day & night! of course they dont want you trying this, it works. can you imagine if everyone tried this, can you imagine what the affect would be on the whole weight loss industry?? everything would go haywire. hence the ban on HCG?? my aunt and uncle, along with me and my father tried the 500 cal diet. we used hcg they didnt.. we lost 17 more pounds than them & were less frustrated and hungry.. Lucky you, in Alaska where I live we cant even GET the hcg injections without alot of BS going through a doctor in Seattle and so on, ive also heard that alot of times in the "hcg drops" its not always HUMAN hcg but sometimes taken from a pig, etc.

@ollattas4 It helps to take it in the morning before breakfast. In a day you will eat 200 g of meat (as lean as you can. IE white fish white chicken, no turkey or dark meat as it contains more fat. Buffalo and 7% fat red meat. No pork.) there are a few leafy greens that you can have such as 2 c of spinach, or endive and such. YOu can have a choice of 2 apples split in the day (not 2 at a sitting) Or 1 apple and one tomatoe. Also the juice of one lemon to use however.That's the basics
