  • @MrDeepNextBigThing I would say that the first thing would be digestion.. So something with probiotics.. Kombucha, sauer kraut, cultured vegetables, kefiers and yogurts.. improve your digestion by adding these in to your daily meals.. do this for a month and you will start to really notice a change.. there is no point in eating the super foods if you cant digest them and get everything from them. so this is very important..
