I remember in 1989 I went to Colorado with my folks and i had this song on tape. I listened to it as we were flying in over the mountains and I will never forget it. An awsome song by an awsome guy. This song will forever be one of my favorites.

The first time I saw a bald eagle changed my life forever. Right when I spotted it I thought of the line "I know he'd be a poorer man if he never saw an eagle fly" and I teared up. It's the simple things in life that mean the most, not money or social status. R.I.P John...you are truly missed.
