North Korea's military zeal leaves people cash-poor and hungry

North Korea's controversial rocket launch and massive military programme is draining the country of finances, at a time when millions are going hungry due to a severe food shortage.  The World Food Programme says it does not have enough food to feed the six million people it's trying to care for in North Korea.

We do not have that many troops in S. Korea! We have under 30,000 troops. The rest are probably S. Korean military....
