I did not grow up in NJ if thats where this is Hackettstown NJ where M&ms are made haaaaa well I grew up in MN Minnesota & looking at this still I feel old thank you to the person who posted this for bringing back a peace of the 90s miss it so much I totaley want to go back.

@SonnyJamesJefferson no, that was a second mall that was supposed to go in. I forget what. what is now Lowes was the old Mall. Marshalls is all that remains. Also, where Wendys is was the old Bank of America

I now work at the White Castle in Hackettstown. I do remember this mall, although I was so young it's hard for me to remember exactly where it was. Tell me, across the street from where I work there is a large area where a building was obviously torn down. Would that be where this mall was?

Hackettstown mall was the lamest mall ever...it made me nostalgia, but still..it was pretty pathetic, and I don't miss it much.

Hi! I've only lived in Hackettstown for one year and I really love it. I kept saying how I wished there were a mall in the town so that one didn't have to travel 80 to go to Rockaway. It's sad that they took the mall away from this community. A very similar thing happened in my hometown; we had a GREAT mall with so many holiday memories there and that's when shopping was an EVENT. Once they took it away, the neighborhood just didn't feel the same.

ooooh woow!!! thank you so much for posting this!!! My two daughters are in it inside the christmas store!! Made me cry!!!! The big girl is 24 and lives in California and the little girl is 20 and in college in South Carolina! There are so many faces I know - adults, children . . . makes me remember how much I love Hackettsotwn . . . and I miss the Hackettstown mall!
