Monster Repellent Ad

Yes! It's my first video after all this time! Thanks for my Video Production class to help me motivate lol. So here is my finished project for my class. Enjoy! I would also like to thank D-Zed Software for their Dragon Stop Motion Program, without that, I would not be able to make this lol.

Did you use green screen to matte the monster?

It looks real good!

How did you get the shadow?

Hey thanks! Yes, I used a greenscreen, it was just a giant cloth and it was lit with two lights and it was diffused with some diffusion paper. In After Effects, the clean greenscreen effect was achieved with a plugin called Primatte Keyer Pro, it's the best and easiest to use plugin for greenscreening in my opinion. The shadow was created by creating a duplicate clip of the monster, turning down the lightness, slightly blurring it, and skewed to match as if it were on the floor. Thanks!
